At A Plant Prescription plants are what we do best! We strive to provide you with the highest quality of plants and do so with passion. If you are ever unhappy with a plant or item you have received, we always want to do the most to make this right! Like all living things, they all vary slightly but, we do our best to provide you with products closest to the images you see in our store.
Plant return policy: All our plants are entitled to a 14-day return policy. If correct care has been followed and we are confident with this we will first do our best to help bring your plant back to health. Failing this, we are always willing to exchange the plant for you. After 14 days of receiving your plant contact must be made if you are unhappy with your purchase otherwise voiding our policy. Remember, at A Plant Prescription, freshness is always guaranteed.
Plants delivered by courier: If in transport you think your plant may have suffered damage, please contact us with photos as soon as you receive your delivery to help us assist you with the issue as best we can. Issues must be raised within 72 hours of receiving the item.
Non-plant products: If you are unhappy with an item, you are entitled to our 28-day return policy. Returns will only be accepted if the product is in an unused condition, in all original packaging and a saleable condition.
Items must be collected or delivery arranged within 6 weeks of purchase.
